Features and Benefits of Wiseco
- Wiseco Forged Aluminum pistons are lighter
than typical OEM cast aluminum pistons providing increased acceleration.
- Wiseco Forged pistons are stronger due to
inherent nature of the base material and process. Forged pistons consist
of a porous free Aero Space Aluminum alloy that makes them stronger than
cast pistons
- Wiseco Forged pistons maintain a higher level
of performance over a sustained period of operation because forged pistons
are stronger and denser than cast allowing them to with stand the increased
engine loads of high performance engines.
- Although cast or hypereutectic pistons are
less expensive they are nowhere as strong as a Wiseco pistons are forged
with 2000 tons of pressure.
